If you need warranty, please contact our service center. All our technicians have extensive knowledge. They have direct access to production models and can perform some basic troubleshooting over the phone to resolve many issues.

If a technician quickly determines that your problem needs to be resolved, we will provide you with any parts needed for the operation directly. The average processing time from first contact to factory reset of the device is approximately 7 days.

This rarely happens if the local technician believes the device cannot be repaired in the field and is still under warranty. Even if you are still under warranty, we will cover 100% of the repair cost and use it for the next repair level repair and you will never open your wallet.
